How is this different from a recruiting agency or a PEO?
An agency fills roles and a PEO processes HR administration. Cedar Rock does both, as one senior team that owns recruiting and HR operations together. Sourcing, onboarding, and ongoing support connect instead of getting passed between vendors, and there is no account layer standing between you and the work.
How do you work with companies that already have an HR team?
We add capacity rather than taking anyone's role. When HR is already in place, we pick up the specialized or time-limited work the team can't get to, then hand it back with documentation they can run on their own.
